By using CrownReady you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

What CrownReady is

CrownReady is a planning and practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official source for any pageant organization. Competition requirements shown in the app are curated from published materials and may change; always confirm with your local director or official packet. CrownReady does not predict, score or guarantee any competition result.

Your account

You must be 13 or older. Keep your login private and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what you enter into the app.

Purchases

Prices, duration and refunds are governed by the App Store or Google Play where you bought access. Any plan that renews can be cancelled through your app store. We will state the duration and what is included before you buy.

Your content

Notes, recordings and other content you create belong to you. You give us permission to store and display them to you so the app works. We do not use your content for advertising or to train models.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is." We do our best to keep requirements accurate and the app reliable, but we cannot promise either. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Utah], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
